岗位职责:
Purpose: To representin a sales capacity to assigned accounts, maintaining contacts with established customers and developing new accounts. Initiates and follow up on new product development opportunities and growth opportunities. Responsibilities: 1.Fully responsible for all the Sales for a key account . The Account Manager will lead the team to specify in all the sales for Biotechnology company's and relevant Tiers business. 2.Cooperate with global sales team to develop and create the new business opportunities and improve the account management with strategic customers in China 3.Confers with Project Engineering Department and utilizes his/her knowledge of the customer‘s operation and of Bio-business development and manufacturing skills, techniques and capabilities to replace an existing competitive part or a present method of assembly with a more efficient Bio-business part to achieve better results. 4.Identifies and studies competitive and market conditions of the industry and at the customer organizational level. Whenever possible, secures samples of competitive products and reports competitor price policy deviations which might impact the selling program of Bio-business. 5.Familiarizes himself/herself with customer operations and the problems associated with their business in order to gain information about and determine the inherent problems of the customer‘s industry which may influence the sales success of Bio-business products within that industry. 6.Observes customer manufacturing and assembly operations and contacts personnel within the customer organization who are knowledgeable regarding engineering, production or assembly problems being experienced. Attempts to gain information about the problem so that an existing Bio-business product might be applied or modified or a new product be developed to solve the customer‘s problem. 7.Develop positive relationship with Bio-business customers and secure seamless communication between the customers and Bio-business. Be consultant and problem solver for the customer 8.Obtains maximum profitability from customer accounts through increased sales volume, an increase in high-profit item sales and a lowering of sales expense. 9.Prepares various reports of competitive factors, new sales, sales lost, customer production, major projects, customer calls, expense accounts expenditures, and industry trends. 10.Reads and keeps abreast of trade literature and magazines of general interest to the industry or industries being serviced. Attends and participates in regional trade meetings or industry gatherings as deemed necessary.

Qualification: 1.Biochemical background 〔Biochemical kits, medical devices, molecular diagnostic) in Biochemical industry 2.Bachelor degree or above in Biochemical or similar 3.Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, strong interpersonal skills 4.Initiative, optimistic, mature, ability to work independently and under pressure 简历请发送:[chenzhengfu_hr@leadmanbio.com]
